Joey if you are reading this you better STOP RIGHT NOW!
Growing up stockings were always one of my favorite things. When we were younger Santa filled our stockings with candy. One year he brought us fruit (not sure what happened that year). As we got older Santa brought us scratch off lotto tickets. All of us young adults would sit around and scratch them off and I would always hear one of my siblings yell, "Woohoo! I won!" or "Oh yeah baby! I won!". It felt like I NEVER had the winning tickets. However, two years ago I won pretty big. I won $10! I was so excited I took this picture and sent it to my husband (who was my fiancé at the time) to show him how proud I was.
Last year was our first Christmas together as Mr. and Mrs. Thompson. Stuffing Joey's stocking was one of my favorite things. We both grabbed each other's stockings. Went to separate rooms and stuffed them and then brought them back out by the tree. We told each other we couldn't look in them until the next morning and NO peeking, shaking, or squeezing.
I love shopping for stocking stuffers. I usually get ideas for stock stuffers super early and then forget them before Christmas time. So incase you are like me here are a few ideas for the man in your life.
1. Candy: I asked my husband what his number one stocking stuffer was and he said Reese's! My husband loves him some Reese's. If they aren't into candy you can do beef jerky instead.
Let's be honest ladies. Every man needs this in his stocking! My husband is the one who actually introduced this to me. He would say, "Honey just one drop before you go." You can find this on Amazon.com
I bought one of these for Joey last year for his stocking and he carries it in his lunch box every day. The best part is I don't have to worry about him losing one of my good pieces of silverware. You can usually find them at the department stores during the holidays or on Amazon. I bought his at Belks.
My sister bought one of these for my brother last year and all the men spent forever trying to figure it out. It was definitely one of the number one gifts. You can find a bunch of them at T.J Max for about $5 to $6 or the department stores during the holiday season.
My husband has had a beard for a while now. For Father's day I bought him some beard oil and he really liked it. I could definitely tell a difference in his beard. If the man in your life has a beard then beard oil is a great stocking stuffer. You can find it on Amazon.com or most cosmetics stores. They are much cheaper on Amazon though.
I hope these gave you some ideas.
