This herb crusted pork tenderloin has become one of our favorites lately and frequently shows up on our weekly menu.
It's packed with flavor from different herbs, has a slightly crispy crust, and a juicy tender center. My favorite part of this recipe is that you roast it in the oven which makes it super easy to make.
The key to this pork tenderloin is the cooking technique. It is important to follow the recipe and once it's done cooking let it sit for 15 minutes covered with foil. I skipped this step one night because we were super hungry, and although it was still really good, it did end up not as juicy in the center.
If you don't have some of the herbs in the recipe then just add whatever herbs you have that go well together. Have fun with it and enjoy!
