Ok, so don’t laugh. I’ve learned that I should probably try a diet out first, complete it and then share it on the blog and social media, and also to never try something like this while pregnant. Ok, just kidding about the whole trying it first thing, that’s the point of this space, to be transparent. But I am serious about not doing something like this while being pregnant.
I’m here to tell you I made it THREE days on the Whole30 Challenge. THREE WHOLE DAYS. I’m so embarrassed. My reasons for stopping have nothing to do with the challenge itself. I think the challenge is AWESOME for someone who is looking to make the change and to see what certain food groups do to your body. I think I’m just not at a spot right now in my life for that. Maybe later on down the road I will be.
I did however realize the following things in just the fews day I did Whole30…
My plans moving forward…
So there you have it. That was my Whole30 journey, at least for now.
Disclosure: My husband was all about this challenge and would have totally kept doing it for the 30 days to support me. This choice was all my own.
