Hello 2017! We had a great Christmas with our families and a Happy New Year. We ate so many delicious meals, desserts and candy and went back for seconds, thirds, and probably even fourths. Now it's the new year and time to get back on track. Unfortunately, my sweet tooth never leaves me. Luckily, I discovered this quick delicious recipe using Post® Better OatsTM instant oatmeal that the whole family enjoys.
The great thing about this recipe is that it's so versatile. You can pretty much create any fruit crisp with this recipe. For this recipe I used apples but you can substitute the apples for a fruit of your choice. I made individual fruit crisp for my husband and I to help with portion control, plus I think little individual desserts are so cute! Who doesn't like have their own fruit crisp?
Instant oatmeal is always great to have on hand for busy mornings and even better for quick desserts.
