Apple Pie Mimosas

This apple pie mimosa brings flavors of fall together in one delicious cocktail. The brown sugar coated rim and apple cider gives it an apple pie flavor with the champagne adding it’s sparkling
touch.

This mimosa is perfect for your fall brunches, picnics, rocking on the porch, and pretty much any reason you can find to open up a bottle of champagne and apple cider this fall.

You can use homemade apple cider or store bought cider for this recipe. I love making homemade apple cider in the fall. It puts off an amazing fall aroma all throughout the house and it’s quite tasty. You can find my Homemade Apple Cider Recipe here.

Ingredients

  • Apple Cider
  • Champagne
  • Brown sugar and white sugar for the rim (optional)

Instructions

  1. Dip the top of each champagne glass into water and then dip into the sugar to coat the rim. I mixed the brown sugar and white sugar together.
  2. Pour each champagne glass 1/2-3/4 full with apple cider.
  3. Top with champagne
  4. Enjoy!

Confession: When I was taking the pictures for this blog post I thought about how nice it would be to just have a little picnic and drink some of these apple pie mimosas. So I did just that. I put my camera down, sat under the tree all by myself, sipped on the mimosas (both of them) and just enjoyed the peace and quiet while having some “me” time. It was heavenly! I definitely recommend trying it some time!
