Valentine’s Day will be here in just a few days. I can’t believe it! This weekend Ava and I made these delicious cream cheese cookies for her teacher. I warn you now these are ADDICTING!
These cookies are easy to make, require few ingredients, and are so good! They’re a soft baked cookie and they get softer as the days go on (so good). They’re seriously so addicting. I had to bring our leftovers to work so I wouldn’t eat them all.
These cookies were fun to make with Ava. I frosted them and she put the sprinkles on. I have definitely learned when working with a toddler you should just expect a mess. A big mess! If you do you will never be disappointed. There were sprinkles everywhere after we got done and I mean everywhere! I think I’m still stepping on sprinkles.
If you’re looking for a yummy treat for Valentine’s Day definitely try these cookies. We frosted them with a vanilla frosting. I usually make homemade buttercream frosting but yesterday I took the easy route and went with store bought frosting.
If you don’t have time to make cookies you can try this SUPER EASY Valentine treat for the special one’s in your life. I made these last year for Ava’s teachers. I bought some cupcakes and sprinkles from the store. Printed the FREE printable and made super cute Valentine’s. I mean who doesn’t love cupcakes and sprinkles?
Soft Baked Cream Cheese Sugar Cookies

NOTE: I’ve made these cookies WITHOUT chilling the dough and they turn out just the same as the chilled dough. If the dough is super sticky make sure to use more flour.
