Last weekend, we ventured out for some fresh air and headed to the Smith Family Crop Maze and pumpkin patch.
For a majority of the weekend I was battling a horrible stomach bug and Joey was resting from his 72 hour work week he had up in South Carolina, but we had free tickets to the Smith Family Crop Maze so we decided to get out of the house for some fresh air.
We went later in the afternoon so the weather was actually pretty nice and breezy. We decided to pass on the corn maze but walked around and checked out some of the other cool things they had going on.
Ava got to see some baby cows and chickens.
She also played in a huge box of corn. Although, that didn’t last too long as she tried to eat it.
Next, we headed to the swings.
Afterwards, we made our way to the pumpkin patch!
Ava missed her daddy so much while he was gone. That day she only wanted to be held by him and I was completely ok with that. I sat back and watched and captured the sweet moments. There is nothing more handsome and special than seeing my husband be a father to our daughter.
Our time at the Smith Family Crop Maze was nice and refreshing. For a little bit, Florida started to really feel like fall.
